Underwater Slot Review
Big Bass Splash: log every catch from the shallows to the trench
The fisherman casts his line into turquoise water beneath a sun-baked canyon, and every fish he pulls up is a money symbol worth somewhere between a modest 2x and a colossal 5000x the total bet. This is the depth log for players who want the mechanics laid out plainly before they spin.

Depth Log
Everything logged about Big Bass Splash
Reel Kingdom builds the game around a 5-reel, 3-row grid set beneath the waterline of a desert canyon. Symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost reel, and the fish among them double as MONEY symbols carrying a random cash multiplier of the total bet. Below is the log, depth by depth, of every multiplier the fish can surface with.
| Depth band | Money symbol multiplier | Field note |
|---|---|---|
| Shallows | 2x 5x | Common surfacing values seen on most free spins |
| Mid-water | 10x 15x 20x 25x | Regular hauls once a few wilds are collected |
| Deep channel | 50x 100x 200x | Where a single fisherman wild starts to matter |
| The trench | 500x 1666x | Rare, and worth far more once level 4 multiplies collection |
| Abyss | 2500x 5000x | The 5000x bet ceiling ends the round instantly, paying out and forfeiting any spins left |
How the wild collection actually works
Every WILD symbol appears only during FREE SPINS, lands on all five reels, and substitutes for anything except the SCATTER. Crucially, each wild also collects every money symbol value showing on the screen at that moment. Land three or more bass fish SCATTER symbols in the base game and the feature triggers outright: three scatters awards 10 free spins, four awards 15, five awards 20.
Collection is cumulative across the round. Every fourth wild collected retriggers the feature, adds 10 more free spins, and raises the level: level 1 sits at a 1x multiplier on collection, level 2 lifts it to 2x, level 3 to 3x, and level 4 caps it at 10x. Once level 4 is reached, the feature can no longer retrigger, but every money symbol collected from that point is worth ten times its face value.
Symbols pay left to right on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost reel, which is worth remembering when reading the base game paytable during a normal spin.
Modifiers set before the round begins
Between zero and five modifiers are randomly attached to a FREE SPINS round before it starts, changing how generous the descent turns out to be.
- More Fish — more money symbols populate the reel strips for the round.
- More Fisherman — more WILD symbols appear on the reels.
- More Dynamite, Hooks and Bazookas — a higher chance of the dynamite, hook or bazooka spin features firing.
- Start From Level 2 — the round begins already at the level 2 collection multiplier.
- +2 Spins — the round starts with two extra free spins, and two more are added on every retrigger.
Buying straight into the deep water
Rather than fishing for scatters in the base game, the FREE SPINS round can be bought outright for 100x the current total bet. Buying it does not fix the outcome to the smallest trigger either: the purchase spin can land 3, 4 or 5 SCATTER symbols at random, so a buy can open with 10, 15 or 20 spins in the bank.
Volatility, in plain terms
The spread between a 2x money symbol and the 5000x bet ceiling tells its own story about volatility: long dry stretches are entirely possible, and the biggest hauls depend on stacking wilds toward level 4 before the round runs out. Free spins are the only way to see WILD symbols at all, so the base game itself plays more like the wait before the tide turns.
